The purpose of the present study is to develop a questionnaire to survey the frequency of selfinjurious behaviors in university students. Based on the interviews to university students and the peoples who have injured themself, 29 items were picked out. 557 university students were asked to evaluate the subjective frequency of 29 self-injurious behaviors by the five point Lickert type scale.
