It is usually at the beginning of the dependent clause. The dependent clause can be before or after the independent clause. ( 従属接続詞とは 従属節と独立節とを接続する単語です これは通常は従属節の最初の位置に置かれます 従属節は独立節の前にでも後にでも置かれることができます ) Dependent clause ( 従属節 ) - a clause which needs a main (or independent) clause to give complete meaning.
