2 法政大学は東京の中心に位置する 日本で最古の私立大学の一つです 本プログラムは 海外協定大学で日本語を学んでいる学生を対象に 約 3 週間に渡り実施されます 日本語の勉強だけではなく 日本文化体験や本学学生との交流機会も提供します 期間 2014 年 6 月 30 日 ( 月 )~7 月 18 日 ( 金 ) 場 所 法政大学市ヶ谷キャンパス ( 東京都千代田区富士見 ) 定員学生交換協定校の学生 30 名 プログラム内容 日本語の授業 ( 月曜日 ~ 金曜日 ) 2 単位付与 日本文化体験 フィールドスタディ 法政大学の学生との交流 参加費用 プログラム費用 110,000 円 ( 宿泊費含む ) 基本的に個室ですが 4 人部屋の日も数日間あります 往復渡航費用 滞在費 ( 食費 交通費 ) 大学 宿舎間の往復交通費 (1 日当たり 400 円 ) 海外旅行傷害保険は参加者負担となります 費用支払方法は別途お知らせします 応募条件 日本語を半年以上勉強し ひらがな カタカナを読むことができ 日本語で自己紹介できる人 奨 学 金 日本学生支援機構 (JASSO) 所定の成績基準を満たした 方には80,000 円の奨学金を支給します 応募方法 以下の書類を在籍大学を経由して E メールにて申込をしてください 1 大学につき 1 名のみ本プログラムへの推薦が可能です 1 参加申込書 ( 写真貼付 ) 2 パスポートのコピー 3 英文成績証明書 締切 2014 年 4 月 7 日 ( 月 ) 照会先法政大学国際交流センター E メール :ic@hosei.ac.jp

3 Hosei University is one of the oldest private universities located in the heart of Tokyo. This Japanese Language Program is 3 weeks duration, aimed at students studying Japanese at Hosei s partner universities overseas. We offer opportunities of not only studying Japanese language but also experiencing Japanese culture and meeting with regular students at Hosei university. Duration Venue Number of participants Program Fees Monday, June 30th to Friday, July 18th, 2014 Hosei University Ichigaya Campus ( Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) 30 students who attend Hosei s student exchange partner universities Japanese language course(mon. to Fri.) 2 credits provided Japanese cultural experience, Field Study Meetings with regular students at Hosei University Program fees:110,000 Yen (Accommodation fees included) Participants will basically stay at a private room, but stay at a room for four students for a few days. Airfare, meals, transportation fees(400 Yen per day between Hosei University and accommodation), daily expenses and overseas health insurance are NOT included. Method of payment will be forthcoming after the deadline. Requirement Scholarship How to apply Those who have studied Japanese at least 6 months and can read Hiragana & Katakana and give a brief selfintroduction in Japanese Those who meet JASSO(Japan Student Services Organization) s requirement will be paid 80,000 Japanese Yen. Please submit the following documents through your home university by . 4 法政大學是位於東京的中心, 日本最歴史悠久的私立大學之一 本活動將針對海外姐妹校正在學習日語的學生, 交流時間為三個星期左右 不僅學習日語, 並提供了與本校學生交流和體驗日本文化的機會 活動日期 2014 年 6 月 30 日 ( 星期一 ) 至 7 月 18 日 ( 星期五 ) 地 點 法政大學市ヶ谷校區 ( 東京都千代田区富士見 ) 招募名額有學生交換協定之姊妹校的學生 30 名 活動内容 日語課程 ( 週一至週五 ) 授予 2 學分 體驗日本文化, 校外實地考察 與法政大學學生交流 報名費用 活動費用 110,000 圓日幣 ( 包含住宿費 ) ( 期間内會住單人房和四人房 ) 來回機票 生活費 ( 餐費 交通費 ) 和到校通學的交通費 ( 一天 400 圓日幣 ) 及海外旅遊意外保險由報名者自行負擔 將另行通知付款方式 報名資格 學習日語半年以上, 會用日語來自我介紹者 ( 能夠閱讀和使用平假名 片假名 ) 獎 學 金 成績達到日本學生支援機構 (JASSO) 規定的標準成績的學生, 將提供 8 萬日幣的獎學金 報名方式 請準備以下的報名資料交由目前就讀的大學承辦單位, 之後統一由各大學以電子郵件寄至法政大學國際交流中心信箱 本活動每所大學只能推出一位學生 1 報名表 ( 請貼上大頭照 ) 2 護照影本 3 英文成績證明書 截止日期 2014 年 4 月 7 日 ( 星期一 ) 逾期不接受報名 聯絡方式法政大學國際交流中心電子郵件 :ic@hosei.ac.jp

Details are still to come. 奨学金 Scholarship 本プログラムは日本学生支援機構 (JASSO) 海外留学支援制度 ( 短期受入れ ) 奨学金に採択されました そのため 法政大学と学生交換協定締結済の大学からの参加学生で JASSO の条件を満たした方には 8 万円の奨学金が支給されます 希望者は 前年度の成績評価係数 (GPA)3.0 満点で 2.30 以上が必要となります 計算方法は次のページをご覧ください This program was adopted as JASSO(Japan Student Services Organization (Government-related organization)) s Student Exchange Support Program (Scholarship for Short-time Study In Japan). We will offer a financial support of 80,000 Japanese Yen to the participants who are coming from Hosei s partner universities for student exchange and meet JASSO s conditions and requirements. An applicant must have a Grade Point Average of 2.30 (on a 3.0 scale) or higher in the academic year preceding the scholarship application based on the GPA calculation set by JASSO. For calculating your GPA, please see the next page.

6 GPA 計算方法 (GPA calculation set by JASSO) GPAはJASSO 独自の算出方法で計算します Your GPA must be calculated using the JASSO system. JASSO 独自の算出方法は 所属大学での2013 年度の成績を計算基礎に使用します 最新の成績が含まれている必要が有ります 各大学が異なる成績評価をしているため 下記の表に従って自身のGPAをJASSO 基準のGPAに計算し算出します JASSO 基準のGPAは小数点第 2 位を四捨五入します The JASSO calculation system uses your university s grading system as its base, and your most recent grades(year 2013) must be included in this calculation. As different universities may use different grading systems, JASSO has prepared the following table of examples to demonstrate its calculation system for converting applicants GPAs to the JASSO GPA standard. Your JASSO-calculated GPA is rounded to the nearest hundredth decimal point.
