I truly believe that I was destined to become a wedding concierge. For some ten years since joining Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel and Towers, I have been working in the wedding department and all I can say is that I just love this job! And I want to do the best for my clients. Talking fervently, one can feel the dedication and passion through her eyes. Approximately four months to the ceremony, as someone who understands the bride and groom better than anyone else, I want to create a once-in-a lifetime ceremony. The simple words, "Thank you" from my clients give me so much motivation. Because I can feel the positive vibes of appreciation from my clients, I want to do the best for the special day and am constantly looking for improvement fashion, latest trend and for knowledge, overall. It s the accumulation of small experiences that builds this emotional connection with the bride, groom and other family members, which continues even long after the wedding.
