These results suggested that fallow field biotopes have served as refuge sites or / and overwintering habitats for these aquatic animals in paddy fields in non-cropping season. A total of individuals belonging to taxa were captured both by outlet-trap catch and sweeping. The Japanese medaka, Oryzias sakaizumii and the oriental weather loach, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were more abundant than other aquatic animals, and aquatic insect species were richer than other taxa. 2 野生復帰 : 採集し厳冬期のビオトープがどのような水生動物の越ウノトリ放鳥用の拠点ケージとなったその後 2006年冬場所として利用されているか明らかにすることを目指には 2 羽の幼鳥が放鳥された 2007年以降放鳥は継続したされなかったものの柵自体は2009年まで残されていたこの期間祥雲寺ビオトープでは生息動物の調査調査地と方法 2001年に造成された兵庫県豊岡市祥雲寺地区の水田地や自然観察会などが行われることがなかったまた入水口の付近にはコウノトリの人工巣塔が 1 基設置されていた Fig. 1b 帯にあるビオトープ北緯35度 6 分, 東経134度 9 分祥雲寺ビオトープの畦は土質であり特に隣接する標高約 5 m 以下祥雲寺ビオトープと呼称を調査水田との間にある畦ではニホンジカの侵入による決壊地とした Fig. 1a 祥雲寺ビオトープの長辺はともにが進み常に湿潤な状態になっていた水管理について約50m 短辺はそれぞれ約35m 約40mであったビオは周年に渡って湛水状態が維持されており調査開始トープ内には20m 30m程度の陸域が存在した入水口前にも10 20cm程度の水深が保たれていた植生につは 1 か所であり祥雲寺地区の水田地帯に張り巡らされいては祥雲寺ビオトープの水面を埋め尽くすようにウたコンクリートの農業用水路から取水されていた排水キクサ類が繁茂しており他の植生として先述のヒシの口は 1 か所であり排水は下手にある農業排水路に流他にナガエミクリSparganium japonicumやコウホネれ込んでいた Fig. 1b 本来祥雲寺ビオトープは圃 Nuphar japonicumなどの希少水生植物もみられたな場整備された水田であったため排水口と農業排水路おナガエミクリは2010年版兵庫県のレッドデータブッとの間には約 2mの落差が存在していた排水口付近クにおいて準絶滅危惧種相当 Cランクにコウホネには 2002年から全長約20mの木製魚道が設置されていは絶滅危惧I類相当 A ランクにそれぞれ指定されてたただし調査時には魚道の老朽化が進んでおりいる兵庫県 2015b ほとんど魚道内に水流がない状態であった 2004年には祥雲寺ビオトープ全体が柵で囲まれコ Fig. 1. 田和康太ほか水田ビオトープにおける水生動物の越冬はドジョウでありその数は415個体であったその次に多かったのはキタノメダカOryzias sakaizumiiであり 407個体を数えたその他にはアメリカザリガニ Procambarus clarkii 122個体コミズムシ属 75個体オオタニシCipangopaludina japonica 70個体などが多く採集された

3 田和康太ほか水田ビオトープにおける水生動物の越冬はドジョウでありその数は415個体であったその次に多かったのはキタノメダカOryzias sakaizumiiであり 407個体を数えたその他にはアメリカザリガニ Procambarus clarkii 122個体コミズムシ属 75個体オオタニシCipangopaludina japonica 70個体などが多く採集された分類群の数では昆虫綱が最も多く 12分類群を占めたそのうちトンボ目はイトトンボ亜目幼虫ギンヤンマ属幼虫そしてシオカラトンボ属幼虫の 3 分類群カメムシ目はタイコウチLaccotrephes japonensis コオ Fig. 3. The fine-meshed, D-shaped net for capturing aquatic animals from the outlet drained. イムシAppasus japonicus オオコオイムシA. major そしてコミズムシ属の 4 分類群であったコウチュウ目ではヒメゲンゴロウRhantus suturalisおよびクロゲンゴロウCybister brevisが採集されたこれらのカメムシい排水口に流下してきた水生動物をトラップ調査で目とコウチュウ目の発育段階はすべて成虫であった残存水域に残された水生動物を掬い取り調査でそれぞれまた貝類の腹足綱の分類群数も比較的多くオオタ採集したニシカワニナSemisulcospira libertina モノアラガイトラップ調査では排水口にサデ網フレーム幅70 Radix auricularia japonicaの 3 分類群が採集された cm 目合い 4mm を2015年 1 月15日午前 9 時から 1 月採集方法別に別にみるとトラップ調査では 5 綱 9 17日の午前 9 時まで設置した Fig. 3 1 月15日の午前目13科20分類群1,062個体掬い取り調査では 6 綱10目 10時から午後 4 時までの30分おきと 1 月16日の午前 9 時 12科18分類群177個体の水生動物がそれぞれ採集されたおよび午後 4 時 1 月17日の午前 9 時にそれぞれサデ網 Table 1 トラップ調査で採集個体数の多かった上位内に流下してきた水生動物の分類群ごとの個体数を計数 3 分類群はドジョウ 415個体キタノメダカ 405個した調査回数は合計14回となったなお採集され体アメリカザリガニ 105個体であった一方たドジョウMisgurnus anguillicaudatusについてはそ掬い取り調査ではコミズムシ属 66個体シオカラの標準体長以下体長を久保田 1961a に従い 1 トンボ属幼虫 27個体オオタニシ 19個体であっ mmの精度で計測した計数計測の終わった水生動物たまたトラップ調査のみで採集された水生動物はについては祥雲寺ビオトープ周辺にあるマルチトープヌマエビ科タイコウチヒメゲンゴロウクロゲン水田脇に造成された恒久的水域に放流したゴロウドジョウの計 5 分類群であった同様に掬掬い取り調査では 2015年 1 月16日にビオトープ内い取り調査のみで採集された水生動物はドブシジミに残った水域において Fig. 2b 採集地点を長辺 2 辺 Sphaerium japonicum カゲロウ目幼虫アブ科の 1 種周辺と入水口付近入水口のある短辺の中央部の計 4 幼虫の計 3 分類群であったか所に設定し畦際からタモ網フレーム幅35cm 目採集されたドジョウの 5 mm ごとの体長組成をみる合い 2mm を用いて水生動物の採集を行った各採集と体長45 60mm周辺の区分にピークを持つ単峰型地点において努力量を20分 3 人に統一したサデ網の体長組成となった Fig. 4 採集された415個体のドによる調査と同様に採集された水生動物の分類群ごとジョウのうちその65%にあたる269個体がこれらの体の個体数を計数し計数の終わった水生動物について長区分に含まれていたまた個体数は少なかったがはトラップ調査と同じくマルチトープに放流した体長100 mm を超える大型の個体も採集された採集されたドジョウの体長の中央値は55.2 mm であり最小結果サデ網によるトラップ調査とタモ網による掬い取り個体と最大個体の体長はそれぞれ 37.8 mm 106.0mm であった採集されたドジョウの体長の平均値 ± 1sd [mm] は 57.9 ± 10.5 [mm] となった調査の結果 6 綱12目15科21分類群1,239個体の水生動物が採集された Table 1 最も個体数の多かったの 89
