We conducted a longitudinal study on this data with a -wave cross-lagged effect model. As a result of this research, students of sports practical subjects have found that the personal skills of life skills will be enhanced by the increase in interpersonal skills of life skills. Regarding the relationship between endogenous motivation and life skills, it became clear that interpersonal motivation is increased, so that interpersonal skills and personal skills of life skills are increased. For these reasons, it is desirable to engage in activities and lessons that enhance the endogenous motivation of the students exercise to improve the life skills listed as one of the objectives of sports practical subjects..
