Oggi vi accompagniamo alla scoperta dei profumi e dei sapori della Sardegna. La cucina sarda è riuscita, grazie alla posizione geografica, a conservare intatte le proprie particolarità. Ancora oggi, continua a custodire preparazioni alimentari antiche ereditate dai popoli che hanno abitato l isola nel corso dei secoli: Fenici, Punici, Romani. Fatta di combinazioni semplici e gusti decisi e succulenti, la gastronomia sarda sfrutta il dolce clima del mediterraneo, perfetto per la produzione di materie prime peculiari e autentiche, ed è caratterizzata dalla sua stagionalità. In più, la tradizione pastorale ha dato origine a prodotti tipici legati all attività stessa: formaggio fresco, ricotta, cagliata, strutto e tante altre ancora. È impossibile parlare di cucina sarda senza citare i malloreddus o la fregula, due tipi di pasta di semola tipici della regione, o il pane carasau, conosciuto per la sua sottigliezza.
