1 Internet Use by Japanese High School Students with Reference to Social Anxiety and Gender. Abstract This study investigated the Internet use by Japanese high school students from a psychological perspective. The results showed that Japanese high school students are very active in their use of the Internet on both mobile phones and personal computers. In particular, female students, when compared with male students, tended to use the Internet more often for the formation of interpersonal relationships and social communication. 6 北陸学院大学北陸学院大学短期大学部研究紀要よりも有意に利用時間が長いことが示された第２号第２分冊討を行ったその結果を踏まえ 22 項目すべてに PC によるインターネット利用時間に対する分対して因子分析を行った最尤法により因子抽出析結果は対人不安傾向の主効果および交互作を行いスクリープロットを確認したところ 4 用が有意であった対人不安傾向 F 1,820 因子が妥当と判断された 4 因子に対しプロマッ 15.23, p<.01 交互作用 F 1, , p<.01 クス回転を行い Table2 に示した結果が得られた交互作用について単純主効果の検定を行ったと因子の解釈得点の算出には因子負荷量が.40 ころ有意であったのは LSA 群における性別以上であり他の因子には.40 未満であることをの単純主効果 <.05 と女子における対人不安の単純主効果 p 基準として項目を採用したその結果 6 項目が傾向の単純主効果 <.01 であった LSA 群に傾向の単純主効果 p 分析から省かれ残りの 16 項目が採用されたおいては男子 M 3.33 の方が女子 M 2.68 項目より因子の解釈を行ったが第 1 因子を自よりも有意に PC によるインターネット利用時間己表現の因子第 2 因子が娯楽的利用の因子が長く女子においては HSA 群 M 4.02 の第 3 因子がメールでの交流の因子第 4 因子方が LSA 群 M 2.68 よりも有意に利用時間がが知識増大の因子として解釈された採用さ長いことが示されたれた項目の得点を合計することで各因子の尺度得インターネット利用動機点とした高校生高専生のインターネットを利用する各下位尺度の信頼性について検討するために動機を検討するためにインターネット利用動機クロンバックの a 係数を算出したところ自己尺度への回答を求めたがまず項目の分布の検表現が a.81 娯楽的利用が a.79 メー Table 2 インターネット利用動機尺度の因子分析結果 46
