2 REQUIRED FOR OPERATION (Purchase separately!) CAUTION: For details concerning the equipment listed below (size, maker, etc.), check with your hobby shop. 1 A Channel radio with standard servos is required. CAUTION: Only use a minimum channel radio for airplanes! (No other radio may be used!) Symbols used throughout this instruction manual, comprise: Cut off shaded portion. Must be purchased separately! Pay close attention here! 1.5mm x Assemble as many times as specified. BEFORE YOU BEGIN 1.5mm Drill holes with the specified diameter (here: 1.5mm). Assemble in the specified order. Check all parts. If you find any defective or missing parts, contact your local dealer or our Kyosho Distributor. Ensure smooth non-binding movement while assembling. Read carefully at this symbol! 4 RADIO PREPARATION 1 A new Ni-Cd battery must charged before use. Refer to the charger instruction manual for directions. Set up the radio as explained below. Servo Receiver Install the grommets to the servo as shown Battery 1 5 Transmitter ON OFF START FINISH Install AA-size batteries. (Transmitter) Extend the antenna. (Transmitter) Connect the Ni-Cd battery. Extend the antenna. (Receiver) Center the trims. Switch on. (Transmitter) Switch on. (Receiver) Make sure the servos are in command. Switch off. (Receiver) Switch off. (Transmitter) Retract the antenna. (Transmitter) ASSEMBLY 1 Main Wing 1 Only cut the film. Do not cut into the wood. Main Wing 1 Securely glue together. If it comes off during flights, you may lose control of your airplane, resulting in an accident! Align transparent decals leaving no gap & apply to left & right main wings. 1 Cut off shaded portion. Read carefully at this symbol!

10 15 Battery Receiver Connect as per radio instruction manual. Foam Pad Secure foam padding with rubber bands or tape as required. Battery Antenna Tape. If the CG is incorrect, you lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! 1 Engine Preparation Fuel comes out of this pipe when fuel supply is full. Be reminded that flying a badly assembled or badly adjusted airplane is very dangerous! In the beginning, first-time fliers should always be assisted by an experienced flier and never fly alone!
